Explanation:
Building 7 is the smoking gun, it was supposed to be hit by the plane that was shot down in Pennsylvanian  that according to the official story the passengers overpowered the hijackers and crushed. Building 7 was the 3 last rigged building, but as things never worked out well for the perpetrators, they blew the building up at 5pm in the evening, when the public were still being shown images of the twin towers.

Members of local government in Holland decided to implement stricter marijuana laws which then gave more power to violent street dealers that began to take over the market. When the governments realized this was happening, they eased up on some of the laws again. When the coffee shops were allowed to sell cannabis to tourists again, members of these gangs threatened coffee shop owners because their business was being taken away from them, This video shows footage of one of the street dealers threatening a coffeshop owner and the experience of the person who was filming the confrontation.

SEATTLE -- Think you're going to get the munchies while at Seattle's Hempfest this weekend? Perhaps seek out a Seattle Police officer.

SPD officers are going to be at the annual festival, but instead of cracking down on pot smokers, they'll be handing out 1,000 bags of Doritos.

"Seattle Police public affairs knew that we wanted to continue our education campaign regarding (legalizing marijuana initiative) I-502," said SPD spokesman Sean Whitcomb. "There's still a lot of confusion in Seattle and the rest of the state about what's allowed and what isn't; what the rules are and what's going to get you in trouble with the police."

Washington voters passed I-502 last November, joining Colorado as the only states to legalize marijuana use.

Whitcomb says they figured Hempfest was the perfect opportunity to get the word out on what's changed.

"A brainstorming session came up with the idea of passing out Doritos to festival goers and on each little bag is going to be a label that gives people some basic information and directions back to ourFAQ on I-502, 'MarjiWhatNow'."

The Seattle Police Foundation came up with the $260 for the 1,000 1-ounce bags of the chips.

"We chose Doritos because they're iconic as a delicious snack for people who might enjoy pot," Whitcomb said. "The goal's not to feed people and I know we're going to run out but at the same time we want people to know what the rules are, respect the vote and follow the law."

Whitcomb says the reaction has been overwhelmingly positive.

"I-502 is a landmark -- really changes the way we view marijuana in our society," Whitcomb said. "We are not taking a heavy hand, but we want people to be absolutely clear and we want minors to know it's not at all all right for them to consume pot. It's not OK to drive under the influence of anything, marijuana included, and distribution is still a felony."

He says SPD has yet to write a ticket for violating I-502, although he anticipates it will happen some day in the future.

"It will be preceded with a warning," Whitcomb said. "We will give adults violating the ordinance a warning to stop first."

Whitcomb says he'll be out there Saturday morning with fellow public affairs officers handing out the chips. He says if you want one, don't delay.

"I've been assured that with this particular crowd, they won't last long," Whitcomb laughed.

Feds charge couple for series of sex acts on plane bound for Vegas...

AUGUST 8--A couple who allegedly engaged in a series of “lewd, indecent, and obscene” sex acts on a plane bound for Las Vegas are facing federal criminal charges, The Smoking Gun has learned.

According to a complaint filed this week in U.S. District Court, Jessica Stroble, 33, and Christopher Martin began getting frisky after an Allegiant Airlines flight departed Medford, Oregon for Nevada in late-June.

As detailed in theraunchy misdemeanor complaint, a passenger sitting across from the duo on the 90-minute flight observed Stroble “perform oral sex and manually stimulate the genitalia of a male passenger sitting in the window seat next to her.” After the act was completed, the witness watched as Stroble “wiped off her mouth while the male put his penis back inside his pants.”

Stroble, a beauty salon worker, and Martin, a vineyard owner, are pictured in the above Facebook photos.

A second passenger, who reported seeing Martin’s exposed penis, told an FBI agent that the “male passenger had his hand on the back of the female’s neck and ‘was in his own world.'”

After Stroble reportedly cleaned up and Martin’s penis was no longer in the upright and locked position in row 16, fellow passengers reported that the couple resumed the intimate contact. Martin, witnesses told the FBI, placed his hand down Stroble’s pants and began “rubbing it up and down and the female assisted him.”

The duo, however, was not finished.

Following drink and snack service, Stroble allegedly performed oral sex on Martin for a second time. A passenger who watched the couple in action told a flight attendant, “This is not the sex education I wanted to give my teenage sons,"reported FBI Agent James Mollica.

After observing Stroble’s head in Martin’s lap, the airline employee approached the duo and directed them to stop. The flight attendant told an FBI agent that it appeared “based on the movement...the female was giving the male oral sex.”

But even that reprimand was not enough to slow Stroble and Martin.

Two passengers told the FBI that Martin then “pulled the female’s shirt down and began kissing the female’s exposed breast.” The witnesses notified a passing fight attendant, who told the couple to stop (which they finally did).

Upon landing, Stroble and Martin were escorted off the plane and questioned by Las Vegas police. In a complaint filed Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas, they were charged with engaging in “lewd, indecent, and obscene acts on an airplane." If convicted, Stroble and Martin each face up to 90 days in jail and a fine.

Reached today by a TSG reporter at the Medford beauty salon where she works, Stroble said she was unaware that charges had been filed against her.

After being given a description of the complaint’s allegations, Stroble claimed, “None of that happened.” She declined to expand on the nature of her relationship with Martin, other than to say that they are not married and that she has no contact information for him. (4 pages)

NYC Neighbors Upset Over Nude Women at Rooftop Pools...

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Angry residents in a Manhattan neighborhood are fed up with a high-end hotel and they are demanding that its liquor license be revoked.

First it was the noise, but now neighbors said they are up in arms over what they call “indecent exposure” on the roof of the Gansevoort Park Hotel, where rooms often start at $400 a night.

The hotel’s parties have turned it into a hotspot on summer weekends, where neighbors said they have photographed young women in bikinis pulling down their tops and baring their bottoms, stories above Park Avenue South.

Residents of pricey apartments in the neighborhood told CBS 2′s Tony Aiello on Thursday that they were not amused by the action at the Gansevoort.

“They’re coming to the city to be wild. They don’t care who is living there,” 29th Street Neighborhood Association chairman Mario Messina said, “It’s the wrong place and the wrong time to do something like that.”

But it isn’t just neighbors who are bothered by the alleged behavior.

A family from England wrote a Trip Advisor review that cautioned future guests about what they saw at the hotel’s pool.

“The main problem we had was the swimming pool — pool bar and area — which was ridiculously over-crowded and pretty much unsuitable for children after lunchtime,” the family wrote.

It isn’t just the pool parties that neighbors were miffed by. The hotel’s nightclub also drew the ire of residents for apparently hosting loud weekend parties.

“Sometimes in the middle of the night you hear a lot of screaming, like maybe drunk people,” said neighbor Josh Baran.

Residents have become so irked by partying hotel patrons that Messina wrote to the New York State Liquor Authority and requested that the liquor license for the Gansevoort’s rooftop be revoked.

The liquor authority has received pictures of the rooftop antics and told CBS 2 that it will look into the matter.

Hotel managers have repeatedly met with residents, but neighbors told CBS 2 that the hotel has not done enough to address their concerns.

An artist has found a way to get around those skyrocketing rents in Brooklyn.

Gregory Kloehn has build a so-called "dumpster home" in the Red Hook section of the borough.

He purchased a new dumpster and retrofitted it to be his dwelling when he stays New York City, loading it with steel appliances, an outside shower, a barbecue, a toilet and a padded area where he can lie down.

Kloehn, who spends part of his time in California, has built a dumpster home in the San Francisco area too.

Image: Wikimedia Commons According to the Costa Rica Star, a Boeing C-17 Globemaster III out of Dover Air Force Base landed at the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (LIR) on Saturday July 27, loaded almost 24 tons of cocaine in pallets and then set off for its ultimate destination of Miami, but not before stopping in Nicaragua and Honduras. The US Air Force agreed to transport the cocaine after a successful Costa Rican program that was destroying 300 kilos of the drug an hour had to be suspended because of a broken incinerator. Following the airlift, Costa Rica’s Organization of Judicial Investigations said they would no longer authorize the transportation of cocaine to Miami and would go back to stockpiling the drug in secure warehouses. The report cites another newspaper article which detailed how, “two magistrates at the Judicial Branch were in the dark about the U.S. Air Force arriving in Costa Rica to pick up a massive amount of cocaine,” noting that no proof of permission for the US aircraft to enter Costa Rican airspace was ever seen by legislators at the Costa Rican National Assembly. The exact identity of the Globemaster was also kept secret until further enquiry revealed it to be the “Spirit of Delaware.” When the plane arrived, the Costa Rican consulate in Miami was supposed to confirm the delivery and destruction of the cocaine, but no such advisory has been forthcoming, although the Organization of Judicial Investigations claims the drugs were destroyed. The US Air Force’s involvement in transporting cocaine is sure to raise eyebrows given the CIA’s previous alleged involvement in cocaine trafficking. The fact that the aircraft stopped off in Nicaragua is also noteworthy given the history of the CIA smuggling cocaine into America to fund the Contras in Nicaragua during the Reagan administration. In April 2011, Jesus Vicente Zambada Niebla, the “logistical coordinator” for the Sinaloa drug-trafficking gang that was responsible for purchasing the CIA “rendition” jet that crashed with four tons on cocaine on board back in 2007 told the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in Chicago that he had been working as a U.S. government asset for years. According to court transcripts, Niebla was allowed to import “multi-ton quantities of cocaine” into the U.S. as a result of his working relationship with the FBI, Homeland Security, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Niebla’s assertion that he smuggled drugs from Mexico into the United States while working for the U.S. government adds further weight to the already voluminous body of evidence that confirms the CIA and U.S. banking giants are the top players in a global drug trade worth hundreds of billions of dollars a year. Such revelations were brought to light primarily by Pulitzer prize-winning journalist Gary Webb’s “Dark Alliance” series of investigative reports written for the San Jose Mercury News and subsequently published as a book. According to authorities, Webb committed suicide in 2004 despite the fact that he was found with two gunshot wounds to the head and after Webb himself had complained of death threats and “government people” stalking his home. *********************

Video: Massive fire engulfs Nairobi intl airport forcing closure

Kenya's main airport has been closed following a dawn fire that destroyed its arrivals unit on Wednesday.

A major fire broke out at 5am and a combined fire brigade was still battling it three hours later. The airport was cordoned off by the paramilitary General Service Unit (GSU) and air operations suspended.

President Kenyatta visited the scene at 9am. Also at the airport were Cabinet Secretaries Joseph ole Lenku (Interior), Michael Kamau (Transport) and Anne Waiguru (Devolution).

Interior Principal Secretary Mutea Iringo, who spoke to the Nation on phone from the airport, confirmed the closure describing the inferno as “so serious".

Head of Security at Kenya Airports Authority Eric Kiraithe said: “By our own standards this is so big.”

An airport official who arrived at 5am said he found smoke billowing from the terminal.

Mr Kiraithe said planes already on the runway were cleared to pave way for emergency landing adding that they were liaising with the police to clear Mombasa Road.

“The immediate step at the moment is to clear the Mombasa highway for emergency purposes,” he added.

Another official said that water hydrants had failed.

Emergency services from the military, fire brigade, Nairobi County and Kenya Red Cross were still battling the fire at 8am.
Transport Secretary Kamau said the fire started at the immigration area of the International Arrivals terminal then spread to the customs/buggage area.

"JKIA's emergency security programme is now in full force and all responding agencies are on the ground to ensure that the situation is normalised as soon as possible. We have been able to evacuate everyone and no injuries have been reported," said Mr Kamau.

He said planes that wanted to take off without passengers have been allowed to do so.

Kenya Airways posted a message on twitter advising passengers not to move to the airport. The airlines chief executive Titus Naikuni said all its incoming and outgoing passengers were safe.

Inspector General of Police David Kimaiyo said there were no casualties following the fire, and that it had mostly been contained as of 9am.

JKIA is a major transport hub for the region, with passengers from other African countries connecting to and from European, Middle-East and Asian airports.

The Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) managing director Stephen Gichui said the Government had formed a committee chaired Transport Secretary Kamau to evaluate the situation and ensure resumption of operations at the key airport.

In a statement, Kenya Airways said several flights had landed safely.

"The following flights landed safely in Nairobi: KQ765, KQ466, KQ221, KQ101, KQ625, KQ887, KQ732, and KQ417.
